1. Service Nature:

AutoAxis Solution acts as a third-party service provider to assist clients with RTO-related tasks including, but not limited to, license issuance, vehicle registration, and document processing.

2. No Government Affiliation:

We are not a government body or officially affiliated with the RTO. We assist in legal documentation and submission only.

3. Payments:

All service charges are independent of government fees, which will be communicated transparently. Receipts are provided for all payments.

4. Document Handling:

We maintain strict confidentiality of client documents. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by government processing systems or incorrect client data.

5. Refund Policy:

Once the application process begins, no refund will be issued unless services are not initiated from our side.

6. Misuse:

Any attempt to misuse the services for illegal activity will result in immediate termination of service and may be reported to authorities.xt: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
